- The tattoo industry runs on craft, reputation and word of mouth — and, too often, on messy DMs, notebook calendars and cash deposits. The tools that let other service businesses run smoothly never really arrived for tattoo artists. Our client, a team of tattoo artists and entrepreneurs who understand both sides of the chair, set out to change that: build the industry’s first all-in-one platform, without stripping away the individuality and culture that define it.
- We engineered InkLink as a complete, multi-surface ecosystem connecting artists, studios and clients. Clients discover artists and studios and book appointments; artists and studios manage their bookings, payments and communication in one place. The platform spans three connected products — a Laravel-powered admin web panel, a Flutter shop app for studios (web and mobile), and a Flutter customer-and-artist app — all sharing a PHP/Laravel and MySQL backend, with Stripe for payments, Google Maps for studio and artist discovery, and Cloudflare S3 for media storage.
- The result is a professional operating system for the tattoo world, not a generic booking form. A single-artist studio and an international shop get the same powerful tools — seamless bookings, secure payments and clean client communication — delivered across native apps and web, so the technology finally matches the professionalism of the craft while preserving the freedom the culture is built on.
