- Shoppers around the world want US products, but plenty of American retailers won’t ship internationally — or charge a fortune when they do. Package forwarding solves it: give the customer a US address, receive their purchases, then forward them abroad. Our client needed the engine behind that promise — a platform that could run a warehouse, manage forwarding addresses, consolidate parcels and handle international shipping at scale.
- We engineered Viabox Pro as a complete package forwarding and shipping management platform. Each customer gets a US forwarding address; purchases arrive at the warehouse, are logged and tracked, and can be consolidated into a single shipment to cut international shipping costs. Built on a React.js and Next.js front end with a Laravel and MySQL backend, the platform integrates Stripe for secure, subscription-based billing and Twilio for real-time SMS notifications — so customers know the moment a package lands and where their shipment is.
- The result is an end-to-end logistics product, not just a checkout. Customers manage forwarding addresses, track inbound packages, request consolidation and pay for shipping from one account; the operator runs warehouse intake, shipment processing and subscription plans from the back office — turning a complex cross-border shipping operation into a clean, self-service experience.
